(if NO), SHE HAVE TO ASK : Do you know the content of your baggage? 3- was your baggage left unattended at any point of the time? 4- has any1 given you any gift or parcel to be handed over to anyone?(IF YES) SHE HAVE TO ASK : Do you know the content? 5- Are you carring any inflammable objects, Lighter, Spare lithium batteries or power bank in your baggage?

As a Passenger service agent we don't have to ask all of that We have to ask about dangerous goods inside their checked bags and whether or not they no the contents inside their bag
