Look, children. This is what a comedy sketch used to look like. It was funny, because it made fun of stereotypes, bad behavior and abusing authority. We banned all this now, because, you know, everybody needs to feel safe, and someone might feel unsafe, because they are stupid and have no sense of humour or a notion of what a joke or sarcasm is, so they might take it personally - and that would make them feel unsafe themselves, or outraged on behalf of some other people who might feel unsafe! So now we have no jokes, no lampooning of anything and anybody and no fun, but we all feel *so safe* in exchange. OK children, put on your masks, gloves, get all your vaccination certificates and disinfectant sprays ready, because we are leaving the museum shortly.

My favorite will still be Chris Farely yelling "kill whitey" and everyone in the audience is uncomfortably dead silence and the band next to him just looks worried ( Black Sheep). If such a line was uttered as a joke like that in a movie today you could bet people would make it into a political argument rather then just enjoying it for being a short joke. * also me. Just read an article and had to check out what he and others felt was so offensive lol.
