It is supposed to be a government building, not, well, Studio 54, and the lockdown rules at the time banned those sorts of gatherings. I am not sure about cocaine, but there was certainly plenty of booze. This was smuggled in via a suitcase. Part of a playground was damaged. Only in Britain, eh?
