does this make a lot of noise when running? i've been looking for some stuff that enables me to carry a lot bb's, i usually carry a water bottle filled with bb's, is this a better solution?

It's definitely more quiet than carrying a plastic bottle. I'd suggest lining it with a thick sock as well. That helps cut down the noise a little bit as well.

Is it really difficult to fill in speed loader when only few bbs left in the bag?

The BBs pour out very easily and you'll easily be able to get out the last few BBs with just a shake or two.
