Bought this gun a month ago. I'd like to say this is by far the greatest investment I have done on AEGs. Zeroed it with Krytac SPR before a milsim event, but this gun heavily outperformed SPR at distance farther than 40 meters (I tested mainly at 150ft), even with the fact that CM16 SR-S has shorter inner barrel. With all stock parts, this gun could consistently hit a 300mm x 250mm at 45 meters (150ft). By consistent I mean: I fired 5 shots and all of them hit the target. Running it with 11.1v turnigy lipo all the time.

I'm using SHS right now. It performs pretty well but the downside is the motor gets dirty by itself...I guess some materials just wear off...My friend suggests me ZCI high torque. I've never tried one yet.

i think your problem can be solved if you throw in there a 11.1 instead. i can tell that it is not at 11.1. the winding sound is just too obvious. stronger batteries should give you better trigger response

+Aaron DiNapoli I have no idea what the mosfet is. For the 11.1, I don't know really, I'm not sure the ETU and the mosfet can handle it. I wouldn't use full auto with a 11.1 either. As far as I'm concerned the only thing it needs to get better is another motor, like a SHS high torque. Hey I don't know much about airsoft, But im just curious as to know if you can tone down that sort of "Electric" sound the guns make when firing an aeg. The motor sounds like that because its designed of r a 3S 11.1 V Lipo battery. When i changed it it sounded much better.

Very nice video. Not impressed with the gun at all. It has an electronic trigger and a mosfer and this is the only programmable mode it has? It also desperately needs shimming and motor height adjustment. And I'm also not happy that KhanSeb pulled the trigger in semi very fast and sometimes nothing happened. Is that the trigger unit's fault?

+sogerc1 I would say that the mosfet has an active breaking function, but the motor is weak. If I press the trigger before the end of a piston cycle, well, nothing happens. I might be wrong, but I believe this is what is happening. At least, it doesn't let the gun block like AEG without a mosfet (when you have to switch to full auto in order to unblock it). Putting a better motor like a SHS High torque should be enough, as seen in this video : kzbin.info/www/bejne/mn_NpIV9l8l3qqc

As for a rifle, A&K M4cqb and any CYMA Ak to be on the cheaper side. KJW KC-02 or KWA MP7 if you aren't afraid of gas gun issues. Any Tokyo Marui pistol should work fine.

I'm telling you, buy a Lonex M4. They're inside your budget and can easily compete with brands like G&P. For sidearm I recommend a Tokyo Marui pistol such as the Glock 18, Goverment 1911, or Beretta.

G&G do make great airsoft guns with great internals and afordable price! BUT!..its only true in Taiwan/USA/HK! When its about oversea G&G guns are overpriced and plasticy. Its a relative thing between price and quality! BUT.. KhanSeb you are in Europe where we live, then its not true. Do not confuse people KhanSeb G&G has a reasonable price in europe, its bullshit (no exception with WE)
