I found that the S-Thunder shocker shell plugs also fit the powder mine, so if you run out of the mine plugs and have those you can use them until you get some more. Another thing I did with mine was to use some of the shocker plugs to plug the fixtures on the inside of the lid, which I assume is where the tubes fit for the water variant. It saves having to clean powder out of the them every time you use your mine, also you already have 3 spare plugs for in the field!

I saw some people planting these at one of my games, and I picked up a lot of rocks outside in the gravel. My teammates were about to walk in the minefield and I yelled at them to stop and started chucking rocks so we could get rid of the mines.

I have three questions. 1) With the powder mine, will the powder stick to players' clothes and gear, or can it easily be brushed off? 2) With the water mine, it appeared as though the water came out of the mine in a kind of mist. Is this true? If so, or it not, how wet would the player become from a direct hit? 3) If a player applies pressure to the mine, but does not let up, with the mine still "detonate?"

I plan on going to an airsoft range for my 18th in a few weeks. I'm only realising now how in depth this game really goes and I'm really impressed. Can you tell me where there are airsoft shops around dublin. I live in D6 west so if they're any in or around the area, or easy enough to get to that would be great. Brilliant reviews by the way I've checked out a few of them on the recomendation on a friend of mine who's big into his airsoft, and apparantly a brilliant sniper.

I've never seen someone place the co2 facing up.. the instructions says to place it downwards which is how i do it.

Use talcum or baby powder, I've heard. NOT FLOUR. Flour clumps up and fires wrong.

I'd be pissed if I got hit with either of those. I play airsoft to get shot, not get covered in water and powder. I've also heard of people filling thunder b's with glitter. somebody would get fucked up if they threw one at me.

Real mines are planted in great numbers and that is why they are actually useful. I think the field test thing was fake and the patrol was looking for the mines.
