Hey lads and lasses. I've owned this shotgun for about an year and here's some maintenance tips for the shells: The earlier batches have shitty ass washer rings. If you can't find proper replacements for them. You can actually unscrew the bottom of the brass part from rest of the part. Grab from the rim and twist away. This lets you get access to the internals that ain't scary Jus a "stick" and a spring. Now, get some silicone lubricant or gearbox grease, give each ring a good helping of your chosen stuf. Assemble. Give that "primer" at the back of shell few good pushes and you oughta be done. The potentially super cheap washers get dry and shrink real quick, but with good lubricant/grease, they can stay intact for about an year or two. The gun itself can get a bit wobbly, but the furnishing can be easily tightened. Give each screw a tightening, but test the trial and break-open action everytime.1 screw too tight actually locks the break action.

The way to use it doom style is keep your loaded shells in your belt individualaly top up, and have a pocket for the empty ones. So, it should be like this Blam, Blam! Open, pull out and put in pocket, pull out of belt, clonk, clack.

Not even close. Any half-decent shotgun would be twice the price, very easy to get into the £5,000 range without being stupid. Purdeys run about £50,000 apiece.

The only problem I have with the prior pistol shotgun was that it was so damn hard to find with the extended barrels. All I kept seeing was short barrel. Everywhere (foreign and state side) that had the extensions was sold out. I kinda liked it with the extensions. I can see having fun with it in both short and long forms. This one has removable barrel extensions? Don't mind if I do. And I'm not opposed to modifying a fore end to fit a shorter barrel. Though the 3D printed options look interesting too. Add me a saddle ring for a single point sling and close encounters coach gun here I come! Just hope these don't stay out of stock like the other one seemed to. Also I see you showing off your fancy camera Mike. lol

Is the full stock separately available for purchase so you can mod your Hawsan? Ps. You can convert the Hawsan (and the Farsan as well probably) to use MK1 or Smart shells from APS. You'll remove the inner barrels and then get the spread you where talking about :)
