Not something even a sane person could do in an unexpected wind gale and dead batteries in Bononseville 😂 I had to disconnect the airstream batteries and jumper my truck to the power. It worked thank God.

I have a 2013 flying cloud RB model. I have a full length awning on the patio side… after I bought the trailer, about 2 years, I noticed that the awning was leaking when it rains with a peculiar pattern…. Long drip lines running roughly halfway down the awning approximately 1.5 feet apart. This is very strange as dirt or other debris will not likely cause a “pattern” like this? I’ve washed the awning and rinsed thoroughly to no avail…. What’s the next move??

The awning is designed to be a sunshade not a rain awning. We recommend rolling it back when it is raining.

I saw a guy cut off the awning fabric with a utility knife then proceeded to hacksaw the arms off his RV that wouldn’t retract Was a KZ Connect not a Airstream. He got up early to leave and awning would not retract, he cursed then got the tools out.
