Hello, I am sorry I'm new to Airtable. Although I admi that I discovered your video two years after you made it, I must tell you that it is great. I could follow up easily. The maniolations and the explanations make the larning easier. I may have a request which would be about automation. It would be great if you coul based on this video teach us how to use automation. thanks for this great job.

Great tutorial! Just One question which I’m not able to figure out. How can we track and input monthly rentals received by tenants in the same base?

Thank you Nishant! My first thought is to create a table where you can enter the rents received and the dates so you can compare that with what you're supposed to collect (perhaps in a Rollup).

Great tutorial! How would you build a table within this base which shows "Rent Due" or "Rent Overdue"?

You would have to create a field that compares today's date with the rent due date, and at the same time check to see if it has been marked paid. Then you can create a view that shows anything that is past it's due date and not paid.
