Hi Dan! Using airtable for the first time for content creation & I am struggling to understand why my automation isn't running. I have followed all of these steps to a "T". It is telling me the preview was generated correctly, the automation is on, & it even tells me it's good to go, but when I go back to the data tab & select "video" for the content type, it isn't automating the tasks like I entered into the automation. Please let me know if you have any insight for me, thanks!

Hello! Thank you for your video! Although I use Airtable for a while, I still found some new tips :) Could you, please, tell me if there is any way to change the time when the automation is triggered? I want to automate sending emails, and doing so at 12am isn't that convenient

Are you using an "At schedule time" trigger in your automation? If so, you can choose an interval like "days" and there is an option for "Timing" where you can choose the time of day.

No, not by default. I'd love to be able to configure default fields - sounds like someone has a bit of a workaround here: community.airtable.com/t5/base-design/is-there-a-way-to-clear-default-columns-in-new-tables-i-always/td-p/23701

Thanks Dan! I'm having issues with 'adding new line' within the Automation Fields. A simple 'enter' command is not giving me a new line, which means the tasks don't show up as check boxes. Any insight? Thank you!

I am using a mac, and I was unsuccessful in getting putting a line separation in the task automation. i tried both return and enter key. I am following this video on safari. Is this platform dependent. I have tried it on chrome as well as brave. Is there a key combination that will provide me the line breaks

Was facing the same issue but in windows. used shift + enter and it worked. Try using the equivalent of shift on Mac

How to undo the 'tasks' once you change the 'content type'? I changed 'content type' to 'blog' post automation, but the tasks are still showing for 'Video'?

For some reason on the demonstration for automation where you section of this [ ] Write a script then press enter for the next line to be [ ] Create a thumbnail. Whenever I click enter it does move. am I doing something wrong

Hello. Help, please. I am new to Airtable, and I am not able to add any images, not sure what I am doing wrong, but the system is telling me as an alert: "Starting February 6, 2024, Facebook and Web Search will no longer be available as options to upload attachments" So is this the reason I cannot upload any images, or do I need to first connect Dropbox and connect all images from Dropbox? Only. Thank you
