How long have you had the unit? The tension knob could be worn out.

I have an ipad pro 12.9, and it fits on the width of the iPad, not the length, a bit misleading when they say it can fit 13 " it will not fit the length of a 13". Also a design feature that could be beneficially changed is the slot it is supposed to fit into, with the iPad pro it does not fit into the slot, not even on the 9" side, this feature should be made to move to fit a larger ( 9" width) so some design problems, I don't think that extra attachment would make a difference, but nonetheless it grips my 12.9 sideways, but I think they could make one for bigger units.Any comments about iPad pro 12.9?

Mehlinda Heartt I haven’t tried using an iPad Pro 12.9” with this mount so I can’t say how good it works either. I absolutely love the mount and we have since integrated more of them into our live setup.

sylvie scopazzo it’s still a great unit for what it does. Did you want it to attach like on the side of the mic stand?

Agreed. I just wish the sales guy informed me better. I was pretty clear that I want to be able to attach it to my mic stand. Now I have to have two stands. ;(

sylvie scopazzo our Pastor just bought one a few days ago and I noticed that it came with an attachment that does allow it to attach to the side. The unit I bought originally didn’t come with anything like that as it was a fairly new product. Any chance you could return it?

Unfortunately no because I live in Mexico and a friend bought it in Canada. I wonder if I can order the accessory on line?? I'd rather just use one stand.
