Fresh milk with Cream 400gm
Balack pepper powder 1 Tbsp
Kasoori Methi 1.5 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1.5 Tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 lemon
Refined Oil 250ml
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves 4
For Smoky Flaour
Coal 2 inch
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves- 2
Butter 1/2 Tbsp

I tried this recipe in both ways fried and smoky gravy. Rather I had that smoky twist in fried one as well. It was amazingly tasty. Also made the chicken into dices and wrapped it in Lacha Paratha and had it as Kolkata Kathi Roll. Oh! My family loved it. Thanks for sharing this receipe video. Love from Kolkata!

Very very nice, similar to what we ate at WATAN in Southall, but yours is better with good ingredients. I used much less oil but marinated for 24 hours, which partially cooks/breaks down the chicken. Thank you. Next I’ll wait for your lamb chops!

Made this recipe in May 2020 and I must say it turned out lip smacking delicious. Followed the instructions, I am not a regular cook and it was simply to follow. The directions and video is so well made that following the instructions we got a superb flavour. Testimony was that nothing was left over at the end.
