This is very Hyderabadi Chicken curry known as Hara Masala Chicken in colloquial terms.Your recipe is very spot on .Also Mint leaves along with chironji are added for richness in the gravy. Hyderabadi cuisine is very Afghani blended with the locally available ingredients.And by the way Chef , you don't need a Visa to go to Hyderabad .

Chef, during my years in Baroda, there was a restaurant near my home, which used to serve a similar chicken dish. They used to call it Mumtaz Chicken. One unique thing they used to do was add boiled egg yolk to the gravy while serving.
