We have wandered for 1 year in sunny and shiwalik...itna fraud hai wahan pe..not maintained properly..roads wahan pe 20foot ki hai ..dealer wahan pe bolte h 35foot roads but that is berm to berm hai not road width...and wahan k logo se reviews lena light ki kitni dikkat ati hai wahan pe ...genuinely saying this project is superb with on road location..and main thing we found no fraud here..our first plot registry done and second plot registry ongoing..we are extremely happy..Thanks to Motias estate❤❤
