सर जी मेरे कुछ जमीन पर सूट किया था जो दो बार खारिज हो गया है।अब तीसरी बार हाई कोर्ट अपील किया है। इस बीच एक जमीन पर जो उसके घर के बगल में है उस पर कब्जा कर एक छोटा घर बना लिया है पुलिस के पास गया कुछ नहीं हुआ । हम शिक्षक है वे लोग मर पीट करना चाहते हैं क्या करे। प्रणाम।

Jaihind sir, My native place is Vi- Chona Dist- Ghaziabad. We are 3 brothers ( 1 is elder & 1 is younger). I was in Air force from Oct- 74 to Jun - 12. My both brothers pressurised father to sell a part of land and sold with out my knowledge. When after the retirement I asked to give my share my younger brother agreed, but elder brother refused to give my share. Now my father no more. Also elder brother expired 2 yrs back. सर कुल जमीन 4.42hct है और यदि 2 भाईयो की जमीन 1/2नाम है 1960 की जमाबंदी में बाद में उन्होंने समझौता किया की छोटे भाई को उपजाऊ जमीन 1.73 और बड़े भाई को कम उपजाऊ जमीन 2.69 आपस में बाट ली तथा बड़े भाई ने इसके लिए पुराने टाइम में 300 रुपए भी दिए पुरानी लिखावट करके और बाद में बंटवारे के अनुसार खेती करने लगे और खेती करते हुए 70 साल हो गये ऑनलाइन जमाबंदी में बंटवारे के अनुसार भूमि आवंटिक की गई है अब उन्होंने केस उठाया है कि हमारे पास कम जमीन पुराने खतौनी के अनुसार। उसे जमीन पर वर्तमान में घर,कुआ भी है सबूत के तौर पर हमारे पास 1960 की लिखावट है और उस पर 5 लोगों के हस्ताक्षर थे उनमें से एक ही जीवित है तो बताइए सर हम क्या करें उन्होंने केस फाइल कर दिया। Please Sir Reply

सर एक मकान आवास विकास से अलॉट हुआ इसका लीज डीड और sale deed किया गया और 18 साल बाद owner ने आवास विकास से फ्री होल्ड करा लिया. क्या इस 18 साल के समय को adverse possession मे गिना जाएगा??

Prayagraj, Meja, Amiliya Kala, गाटा संख्या: 1342 खाद का गड्ढा के साथ साथ मेरे खुद की जमीन पर अवैध कब्जा है मेरे ज़मीन लगभग 0.850 hectare पर 4 साल से कब्ज़ा किया जा चुका, मैं complain सब को किया यहाँ तक कि CM ऑफिस, कलेक्टर ऑफिस, SSP office लेकिन सब के सब फ़र्जी आख्या लगा के निस्तारण किया. कुछ BJP नेता के उनका सहयोग कर रहें इस लिए SDM उस पर action नहीं ले रहा.
