Naushad sahab was music director of Mehboob Khan's block buster movie "Andaz", starring Dilipkumar, Raajkapoor , nargis.All the songs of the film in male voice was given to Mukesh ji and not to Talat Mehmood or Mohd.Rafi. This gesture of Naushad clearly refutes you biased comment . Many years later Naushad called Mukeshji again to sing for Rajendra kumar , knowing it well that Mohd. Rafi was singer of choice for Rajendra kumar .Earlier Rafisaab gave his voice for Rajendra kumar in most of his films esp.when Shankar Jaikishan were music director. Songs of Baiju Bawra were given to Rafi because there were no other singer who could do justice to those high pitch songs and Bhajan. ( Man Tadpat Hari darshan).

Total wrong analysis by you Mr pramod ji almost all old music directors including Anil Biswas praised him he was a secular person he almost never did any muslim devotion but has given super hit bhajans his main male singer before Rafi was Mukesh surender and Saigal with he gave super duper hits in Andaz main singer for hero was mukesh Rafi was secondary singer. You see Lata was the one and only permanent female singer for him. When shamshad married a hindu he never objected suraiya herself didn't want to marry a hindu where does Naushad come here. The heroine never used to listen to their parents who is music director to them. Kishore's was not suitable for his music he said so was R. D's not suitable to Rafi. I have been hearing these comments in foul language so I wanted to reply indetail.
