May Allah be pleased with both and bless you with happy life, but why would you cry knowing that our beloved prophet favoured Khadija (RA); if we love the prophet, we should trust his feelings. We also have to keep in mind that the nature of love here is so different from the possessive love we're used to in our modern days; it was not based on chemistry or just human attributes. Aisha (RA) loved the prophet's worship the most while Khadija (RA) first admired his nobility and morals. Scholars also argue that even though prophet Mohammad (sw ) said that he couldn't control his heart, that in fact, Aisha(RA) deserved to be loved the most amongst his then living wives as she understood him the most, comforted him the most, and learned from him the most. In the same respect Khadija (RA) the only wife that Allah almighty sent his own salam to ( shakes me to my core knowing this😭) and the best woman of her time who loved and comforted the prophet the most in the early days of dawa, deserved to be favoured by him and mourned by him till his last days. At the end of the day, both are amazing women who lived mostly for Islam, and we should be more concerned with taking them as role models than anything else. In Allah 's high heaven , they will probably be best friends. May you also be with them in Al Firdoos ya rab❤
