Aisha. As someone who has traveled to Japan, I highly recommend continuing to work towards getting there. My sisters and I traveled there in 2017 for 3 weeks after a year of planning and to this day, it is still our favorite trip, and we've traveled all over the world. It would be a much shorter flight for you than our 13 hours from LA, and that was after a 5 hour flight from the Midwest the day before to take an early flight out to Tokyo the next day. Japan is very tourist friendly, very clean and the people are very welcoming.

I admire u so much for being a wholesome person vs extremely superficial as a young wife, mother + individual. As a very young person, my son said, Mom I don’t get the need to frequent dark, loud, party club places, I can enjoy drinking w/nice music at home.
