But if you have a farm and you start dating someone in another area who also has a farm, how do you maintain both farms? If you can't afford much outside help, surely your only options are to either basically never see your farmer lover or give up one of the farms. And then how do you decide which farm to give up? I know I wouldn't want to give up my farm, if I had one. Perhaps instead of "farmers only" there should be some sort of scheme where farmers are paired up with romantic partners who do not have a farm already but would like to.

I know this is just a joke and I find it entertaining. I just like to share an opinion about the constant fixation of society in making fun of pople that work in farms, their accent and implication that they are all dumb is kinda weird. I see this all over europe and in the us and it's kinda weird how people that claim to be very open mindend and anti descrimination really love to make fun of certain people's accents and implying that if you talk like that you must be dumb. I've seen people that have accents like that in universeties being made fun of by professors and colleagues while talking about how we need to be more inclusive from people that have other cultures, immigrants and other ethnicities. It's kinda ironic. I know people that literally had to force their accent out to be taken more seriously. And for some reason it's always the people that have more left leaning, in favour of diversty and immigration that love to make this judgements.

@xaviercopeland27892 жыл бұрын
That’s not what it means 😂.
@John_Krone2 жыл бұрын
@@xaviercopeland2789 Yes it is. Hebrew word for Fear of God is "yirat elohim" and has nothing to do with what people believe (like Zeusophobia) that God is evil and therefore loves to punish people for anything they do therefore we are afraid of him. Religious leaders wanting to manipulate people to do what they want instill the pagan lie of eternal Hellfire when God himself clearly stated burning people in fire even as a "sacrifice" was detestable to him in Jeremiah 32:35. According to the Encyclopaedia Judaica: "yirat elohim" really is an impulse in reverence for God, fear of disobeying or disappointing God by our actions and not fear of God because he scares us.

Look, I know the God-fearing question wasn't serious but! I asked the same exact question to the bible study teacher back in high school (yeah it's an actual school subject where I come from) and the answer was, more or less, "you have to fear God's disappointment and the possible punishment to do good". So it's not a fear as in, God scares you, but an apprehension to do good so as not disappoint him. So what the guy means is closer to "a well behaved woman who follows the teachings of the Bible". So yeah.
