Think a bit more carefully about what is meant by the last point. When Jews are successful, it generates resentment in people. Who is culpable for that resentment in that case, and does it necessarily imply a sense of superiority? Believe me for thousands of years we were impovrished and only in modern times, especially in the wake of WWII did we work hard to rebuild ourselves in places like the US and Israel. My granparents were holocaust survivors, one lost brothers, sisters and both parents - some in absolutely gruesome ways. What would your family have done in those conditions but make sure their children were well educated and guided to a stable, happy and successful life as a way to put the horrors of the past behind us.

Jews have been very successful at different times and places throughout history and yes that has caused a great deal of antipathy against them. The idea that jews live up to what they are capable of and others don't though is a value judgement pain and simple. Jews have always been outsiders in the lands they lived. Part of that is on the peoples of those lands, but whether or not you want to admit it, some of that is on the Jews as well. To reduce 2000 years of history to a single time frame is overly simplistic and denies the complexity of human group interactions. History is replete with cruelties and hatreds of one group for another with different reasons and dynamics. That includes the Jews. Humans tend toward tribalism, all of us.

Easy to answer. Muslims immigrants were invited here by our own Western politicians, and policies were put in place which enabled them to come and gain residency. They didn't invade, occupy and settle - our own leaders have accepted them with open arms. Palestine was invaded, settled and occupied by Jewish people (pick a date - let's say '48?) from elsewhere, mainly Europe. Jewish people were not "invited". They took over and created the state of Israel by force. They commited acts of terrorism (Irgun, etc.) To achieve this. It's a false equivalence.

" That's my experience. The most hateful people I've met acted aggressively towards me because of their religious beliefs. Sure, there would still be disagreements and fights about something or other if there was no religion... there always will be unfortunately. I think people invented religion because they were afraid of the dark, thunderstorms, and natural disasters. When they couldn't explain something, they made up a story of a powerful invisible god to make sense of it all.
