First, I would charge Sarah for using you as a field subject. Then I would talk to a lawyer about charging her with alienation of affection. Then, if this psychology stuff is her true job, I would report her to the board that covers her license. Friends do not expect you to pay for their food or anything else. Friends pull out their wallet and pay for themselves. Then if 1 day you truly forget your wallet, I'm sure your friends would cover you. But to be fair, promise to pay them back. As for your wife, Trust lost is hard to recover. Be careful because she seems easily swayed. I hope your wife lives up to your forgiveness.
