Spoilers I know Kubo was forced to rush the TYBW arc manga, but I kinda hoped that it would’ve been just Aizen vs Yhwach considering everyone else was completely outmatched unless they had Aizen confusing Yhwach’s multiverse future sight. Renji and Ichigo were just there to land a hit to feel included even after Ichigo got rolled by him twice after getting multiple power-ups. I guess the silver thing with Uryu happened I guess.

aizen's manipulation of momo goes back to the first time she ever even saw him. he's been sewing seeds to make her look up to him and become completely dependent on him so that she wouldn't be capable of suspecting him once he started carrying out his plan. essentially he groomed her from a young age to rely so heavily on him that she can hardly function without him around. she's being "stupid" here because he made it that way on purpose. its a really impressive and powerful culmination of character writing in my opinion, and it does a good job of showing how truly far removed from others aizen truly views himself. a lot of people don't like momo but from my viewpoint she's a victim of serious psychological abuse here, and the actions she takes in this arc really aren't her own as much as they are carefully planned out by aizen, who knows exactly what she would do in any given situation because of how he's raised her.
