Eternal Tsukuyomi won't really work on Aizen since it didn't work on the Edo Tensei which are souls trapped within reanimated bodies and Aizen is a spirit with access to Gigai bodies Kyōka Suigetsu can however work on Madara given Madara has only ever broken physical illusions in the series and Kyōka Suigetsu is a sensory-based hypnotic hax more than a standard illusion It also fully merged with Aizen and the Hōgyoku after Aizen was sealed by Kisuke because the Hōgyoku sensed that was what Aizen wanted So aizen wins

Wouldn't infinite Tysumoki not work on Aizen since he's a sprit ? It's stated it only works on living beings unlike the other genjtusu, doesn't really matter, normal Tysumoki from an amped Madara with uubi should be enough. @@Uniq1238 dude kyoka soigetsu doesn't create illusions like that. It controls all 5 senses of the opponents. In end of arrancan arc kyoka soigetsu was fused with aizen (meaning just looking at his general direction will activate KS) we have seen the proof in bleach tybw, where yhwach's senses were in aizen's control for 2mins. Now you compare the power of KS with this proof. Additional point humans can't see shinigamis, mangeko sharengan not gonna help him to realise he is fighting real aizen or not , madara will be defeated in the first few mins.(either due to SP or if aizen decide not to play with him)

Based on what Madara's ending is trying to tell us, my interpretation is that Madara's will was so great that the Hogyoku decided that Madara was its new master and granted his wish to make Aizen helpless and subjugate him and the rest of the world, Soul Reapers included, to the will of the Eternal Tsukuyomi and put them in their greatest dreams forever. Of course, that's just me.
