In this episode of Aj Anaya's How Tuesday BMX Trick Tips, Aj teaches you one of his favorite tricks, the nosedive 360. Nosedive 360's are an intermediate to advanced level trick but if you can 360 very comfortably you're ready to try the trick. Aj gives you some helpful advice on learning nosedive 360's along with super slow motion breakdowns as well as tips on how to bail the trick.

hey AJ, what about looking under Ur arm pit? some other tutorials Ive read talk about lookin under Ur arms (kinda like when we alleyhoop a quarter) instead of over the shoulder (wich is What we do when we learn common 360s) Aperantly they say it helps U get more upside down . U think it helps also? or is it not that important?

Hey AJ! I go to Wheel park alot, and on those black ramps, hom do you get enought speed to clear that whole box gap? Do you just carve the big quarter pipe on the other side or drop in to it or what?

When im doing a normal 3 out a flyout i seem to ALWAYS land leaning back too far and its always sketchy... any pointers at what i might be doing wrong? also, another thing is that when im rotating, my bike doesnt stay virtical with me but instead it has a slight angle to it.. so please get back to me because i really want to get this dialed in.

@erie98 1) Don't hall ass at the spine, 2) don't 360 like your going out of a flyout/Quater 3)Drop your spinning shoulder, spin to the left, drop the left shoulder, spin to the right, drop the right shoulder. 4) Pull your legs up to create the dip 5)Extend your arms out while you lift up your rear end.. 6) learn to do PERFECT 360's before doing this....

you are looking too much up, and not to the side or down, look for your back tire and that should do it.

Tip for doing nose dive 3's on a flyout, start to pull out of the nosedive at the 270 mark.
