Ingredients:
yoghurt 1kg
gram flour 5 curry serving spoons or 1cup
onion chopped 1medium size
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
salt, red chillies powder, holding, coriander powder 1tsp each
2 elachi big, long 4,cinnamon stick 1,sabt kali Mitch 6-7
add all the above mentioned ingredients in yoghurt and whisk add lemon juice also. Then add water and pour it in pot and cook it
For Pakoras
gram flour (baisan) 5-6cups
veges of your choice like onion, green chillies spinach green corriander mint and all spices of your choice according to your taste add and mix and keep it a side until the curry cooks and thicken a bit.
Later fry Pakoras and let them cool on from temperature and add them in curry. add green corriander and gram masla powder in curry pokaras.
tarka:
ginger chopped 1tsp
deer and 1tsp
sabt lal Mitch 4-5
green chillies cut them in middle a bit 4-5 then add in oil to fry a bit. Now add the tarka in curry and let it cook for while on low flame.
Enjoy it with boiled rice or chapati.
