@youarerightboss3 жыл бұрын
@PNW-87, the three main lifts of powerlifting are: Squat, Bench and Deadlift. He mentioned his deadlift 1RM as 665lb and he also mentioned his bench 1RM. I'm pretty confident he's doing squats for 1RM, too. So, yes, he is POWERLIFTING. Most likely he performing the hypertrophy, strength and power phases, successively. Plus, he mentioned his 1RM on both the deadlift and bench, collectively. Powerlifting is beneficial for wrestling as my sons and I are living proof, along with A.J. Ferrari. Facts don't care about your opinions.
@youarerightboss3 жыл бұрын
@PNW-87, you're wrong. He's powerlifting when he mentions 1RM on his deadlift and bench press and I'll bet all of my passive and portfolio incomes that he squats 1RM, too. He's powerlifting, which is beneficial for wrestling.

Sign up for a Wrestling school and if you're already signed up, make yourself look better than your peers, you're still too young to go to a gym, but next year or when you turn 15 gain some muscle and train well, do a treadmill, grab dumbbells and do leg on the stationary bike, I'm sure you'll be a good-looking wrestler.
