oh lol its just a kinda messed up scene/dark humor-ish if you come from the USA and understand politics, but black people in the USA have a lot of stigma around potentially being in gangs or whatever, meaning in this scene Kenny thinks Lee might know how to pick the lock but Lee gets really offended. it wouldnt be funny to people if he didnt apologize right after, saying "Im from florida, man! crazy shit comes outta my mouth sometimes, sorry..." cause it shows he's embarrassed about what he said, even if hes trying to excuse it which isnt great, but he and Lee become great friends in the end depending on your choices :) in the second season he's also slavophobic (russians/people living around russia) he calls Arvo a commie. as sad as it is, because he's only like this because of bigotry, for me it always gave a little something to think about other than the zombies, the human prejudices that still remain. its not really that its FUNNY more-so that it was really out of pocket and we didn't expect it from Kenny, but they make up really quick later
