That's why I mess with AJ, he gets straight to the point with each question. You can tell the guy was meant to be a rapper with how fast he chats as well 😂

Exceptional episode. I've never actually heard of AJ, but wow, what a guy. He spoke so much sense about so much stuff. I think my favourite bit was about friend groups. Saying surround yourself by ambitious people. That's such a brilliant mentality. It reminded me of Rio when he said he had to leave friends behind as they were distracting him and holding him back. I'm not really a fan of rap, so won't pretend I'm going to start listening to his music, but he sounds like a top top bloke. So all success to him! 👍

A lot of your guests seem to underestimate how much of their success comes from natural talent. I saw AJ Tracey live in 2016. It was obvious how incredibly talented he was. There were only about 50 people at the show and it was very clear to everyone there that we were witnessing something very special. How many people in the UK have the same level of talent in any field as AJ Tracey? Id be really interested to see u interview someone like Mike Ashley to understand how someone like that became sucessful. Particularly to undersrand if he believes his skills are largely learned or innate.

Lol Mike Ashley. That rat hides away and has puppets answer questions for him.

I love how switched on he is. so inspiring. I'm so grateful that I saw him & Dave perform at The Nest in 2016, just before they both proper blew up. it was so, so good. will forever appreciate him, as an artist, & person.

The sheer mental fortitude and absolute clarity this man has is astonishing. From a very young age he just knew it all. A man with the most powerful morals and values - hope we (the world) look after him, encourage him and nurture him so he knows we need him. We need people like him in society to share and push the world in the right direction. I hope he continues to have influences, continues to educate and lead our modern society to good.

Great to see AJ Tracey speak! Like many from single parent households in working class families, the kids are very intelligent with large ambitions. He may have not started out with a silver spoon but he watered a seed into a money tree that's now a garden of opportunity. Consistency, Character, Confidence and a Crystal Focus. Fucking Love To See It.

THEY KEEP SAYING IM AN OVER THINKER BUT IM NOT THE POINT IS I JUMP THE THINK AND GET TO THE END OF THE THINK AND CREATE THE FRAME WORK OF THE BIGGER PICTURE AND THEN AFTERWARDS.. GOD BREAKS IT DOWN FOR ME AND EXPLAINS IT TO ME.. IN MY OWN TIME. CAUSE GODS WORK COMES FIRST. POINT IS I BARELY THINK. IM JUST A FREE BRAIN. GOING WITH THE FLOW.

his name is pronounced CH-AY (CHÉ) not SH-ay. that was annoying me, the whole interview. he said his name so many times & you didn't hear the CH. It's disrespectful to not listen, & take in, how someone pronounces their own name..

All gs I know from Grove got some inferiority complex where they always gotta shout about how parts are actually poor. Literally. Lol. Chill. No one disputes there aint poor parts in Grove but reality is the youtes dere are lucky too. You got the richest people living by you. Portobello market Notting hill, you got the rich customer base. Don't try and act like Grove is suttin compared to Peckham or Walthamstow. It aint.
@urbaninnovation97572 жыл бұрын
FACTS: Kensington and Chelsea is a borough of extreme contrasts. It is the only borough in London with three wards in the ‘top 20 least deprived’ and three in the ‘top 20 most deprived’ . The deprived wards are all in the North of the Borough which Grove runs through (Golborne, Notting Dale & Dalgarno Wards ) Golborne ward is the MOST deprived ward in London across the ONS deprivation scores. Being close to wealth only rubs in the inequalities that exist in the area.
@thamananm31592 жыл бұрын
@@urbaninnovation9757 but this what I mean bro. "Wards" that's what Grove youtes need to refer to. I spent a lot of time in Grove. I remember back in the day it was waaay worse than now. Places like Latimer Road Powis Square. But when you look at the area overall it aint that bad. Am not saying it aint hood. I remember the days of cold hearted crew n all. But listen go to Leyton and tell me Grove aint way richer. I just won't accept it. You don't see youth from Battersea go on about this estate or that estate just cuz we got chelsea across the bridge. Grove man got a some complex. We know your hood lol just chill - that's my message.
