Cyprus Paphos Harbour Walk. Lizard guy doesn't like me filming. Is he scamming people?

I usually go to the English Rose cafe for afternoon coffee with my host there Michael, good guy. Looking out over the harbour and people watching, maybe the occasional chat with an ex pat or one of my channel viewers (yes, happened a few times). Then next door for an ice cream. Great way to spend your day.

Saw the lizard dude a few times these past couple of weeks. Don't know what kind of scam it would be but I didn't like seeing creatures mishandled for profit all day. Especially when he throws them into the sea.
