Mr. President, Kilgoris is suburban. People have their own lands and homes. Why do you have to build houses there for them? That is misplaced priorities . There are people in the slams of Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru etc. why not build affordable houses there? The kilgoris residents only need clean water for drinking and farming, more dispensaries and genuine fertilizer for farming. Why would they have a lot of and expensively built markets when they don’t produce enough due to scotching sun on their crops that need modern irrigation. Many don’t have enough water reservoirs for their plants and animals. Make abetter choice Mr. president. No harm meant.
