I had a bad experience with this credit card but the one good thing I can say about this credit card is it waives the management fee for property management.

The Bilt multipliers are only really great on the 1st. Otherwise it sucks at 1X. If they managed to make it a 2X or heck, 1.5X catch all card. They'll get a wave of more applicants and tons and tons of more daily usage that Wells Fargo wants. But they aren't going to do it.

BILT will give you bank account and routing information attached to your card. So when you attach your card to your rental portal, you'll use that information instead of the credit card number. There's a tutorial towards the end of the video.
