Please enable setting for motions for 24hr zone that is non-alarm! Customers keep asking. They’re situations where people want zone notifications for situational awareness, but don’t want sirens or alarm state to trigger! Amazing technology, looking forward to future.

Can anyone clarify something for a customer? If I were to get the Ajax doorbell and decided to get the Jeweller hub…does that mean, the jeweller hub will eliminate the annoying “buffering” when trying to go live when someone knocks on the door?

Tbh I somewhat expected more this time and it's frustrating that the superior line is closed and limited. I'm fairly confident most people are intelligent enough to install even those, although if the device would end up less compliant as a result, it's the choice of the owner. The one thing I were excited for were the speakerphone although it's not available for sale yet which is unfortunate. Apparently it's not expected in stock for 6-12 months. So yeah. Improvements for sure but lackluster aftertaste for sure

This year, we introduced a new product line that was designed to meet the current needs of the security market and modern technology. While it may seem like there are no major breakthroughs, the innovation of the new products is actually in the details that contribute to the efficiency and usability of our systems. For example, the installation of Superior and Fibra devices requires more extensive product knowledge and was developed for design solutions, which is why it became necessary to establish additional requirements for their installation.

@ajaxsystems8076 well that's kinda why the presentation felt a bit meh, since the superior line apparently is complicated enough to warrant special training to install. It would have been wow factor if the superior line brought down the need for complexity and still achieved the same secure standards as it now does. That would have been groundbreaking 😉. I'm not saying the presentation nor the products are bad, I just say I had somehow "expected" more. But I might be unfair at that assessment I dunno. It's feedback though :)

Is there plans to offer an adapter plate for your lightswitches to be used with standard UK Backboxes? GIRA do something similar called "GIRA 284900 BS Adapter support ring". I think you are missing out of a number of customers that want your lighting controls but do not want to fit a non standard EU 55 Type backbox in a UK property!

The touch switches seem like a nice feature but couldn't find enough information out there to suggest its reliability. Having 47mm backboxes means I could potentially use thier stuff at a later date if they ever do release a UK backbox Yoke...
