I see why Abhishek Kapoor chose Aaman for his film (and having watched the trailer) - the young boy has a soft likeness to Sushant Singh Rajput, and its quite evident in his mannerism and speech. With a legend like AD as his mentor he will go far, Box office collections aside. Also AD - Legend! Best ever interview / cooking chat show I've seen yet! Kudos Sanjot, on this masterpiece episode. Have to try that rasgulla recipe man, that is next level!!

This dish combination is so famous in Odisha as well known as Chakuli Pitha ( Rice+dal batter- extremely thin layered one and cooked on Cast Iron flat/tawa tempered with slight Mustard oil) + Mutton curry (as Chef said a slight addition of ghee at the end just elevates curry to a different level). This conversation was so fluid and natural.
