Nice ,but when using curd ,don't use mustard oil ,any other oil as peanut or Desi ghee as dahi ulmate convert into ghee. Two different things clash as taste ,May be understood .It's my recipe with cinnamon also ,Moti illaichi ,do the miracle ,use little big illaich in making rice ,good aroma ,and rice get hot ,in winters
