As per my experience, there is very less chance to get money back after you follow all the instructions.

Lien is marked on whose account? If it's your account then you will get it released by bank. If it's fraudster account then you wait because fraudster may not deserve to pay you, it may take months after months. Only cyber crime cell can keep reminding bank to reverse the money. Finally settlement will arrive
