I love the moment at 2:38 when the girl on the left notices the uneven height of the banner and adjusts the height on her side. You know there must have been some level of forethought that went into that insignificant joke. It's the little things like that that make this video so beautiful.

"If I stay in bed long enough, they'll go to church without me." I still remember that feeling as a kid. That is the BEST feeling. I grew up in Canada in the 80's, so those rare times I got to stay home alone from church meant I could watch Switchback and Bonanza. YES!

Something about Andrew Jackson Jihad is distinct in that, no matter how their musical tone changes, they have the same sorta feel - the songs, though not as personal, is still meant to make you feel good, through feeling bad.

no @#$@ing way that they pulled off all of that with a single take. IF you watch carefully you can see edit points, and the use of CGI for some of the more elaborate gags. Also 3 of the 4 band members were green screened in as they stopped talking with each other years ago. Still....once you get past the $100k worth of effects...its a snazzy tune. well done gang!
