I started this morning wanting to try my first spray deck skirt, but no motivation. Long story short, you played a very important part in another of your videos, then 15 mins of this video and my day had an emergency and your words and teaching made a great day better instead of a great day ending in serious trouble. AMAZING! I watched the second half now, and after a full days paddle, it's lovely to end the day watching you complete your successful, beautiful journey.

Great video, Loved every minute. I used to live in Nanaimo from age 14 to 20 then for a few years again in my mid 20s. It was a great place to grow up and fantastic for the outdoors and fishing etc. I used to Kayak and Canoe around Departure Bay and on some of the lakes. Maybe I'll get back there some time and have another go, I haven't got the experience or stamina to circumnavigate the island though, Putting my socks on these days is intense enough.

Impressive Imagery, warms the appetite ;) - and: those trolleys break exactely there. Built my own (out of steel, its a bit heavier, but can be easily serviced and has a very small packing dimesion...). BR
