This is amazingly good property and locations and payment plan for someone who wants to retire in uae at less investment price and pay slowly. Ajman beach is a good retirement lifestyles. It is no way good for rentals or investments as ROI is not great besides eviction is very difficult. My personal experience was very tough. Maybe now improving. Dubai is always best, but good for retirees.

Brother, MashaAllah good location but if compare 1BHK in Dubai , you will get almost 70k Rent but here it's half in Ajman Tower one phase 1

I agreed rental income but investment for this at least 1.3M in dubai whereas in ajman only invest 530000 & get 40000 rent means u will invest in 2 units u will get 80k & total investment is only 1M

You must comparison all the aspects like you can get 2BHK in around 750k in Ajman one phase near corniche prime location and monthly rent for 2BHK is around 65k.
