Booby trapping his food was the hardest one since the window of oppportunity was limited and he won't go there anymore once it's done. Even melee assassinating him was easier than the food trap. Also destroying his boat first after doing the food trap made things a hell of a lot easier.

I don't think dropping something well secured and attached, after the sound of a gunshot, looks very natural. I doubt very much that you yourself have ever seen a logo above the stage attached to a chain just decide to suddenly fall without any prior indication of it, even if you ignore the sound of the gunshot. Only if it's Hitman (killed by a passing toilet bowl at the sound of an explosion - a typical accident in the Hitman universe).

NGL, the idea of putting a trip mine into the soup was pretty creative; but I feel like it would've been kinda a longshot. For starters, Hootler would need to be the first one at the soup. Secondly, he'd need to pull it enough for it to go off (if he pulled it a little and saw the wire and then immediately dropped it then it wouldn't work). Lastly, the mine could've been a dud. I feel like it would've been less risky if he just poisoned the soup.

If memory serves me right, in past Sniper Elite games, they would occasionally model him with 2, suggesting that the person the player killed might be a look-alike.
