Bro did not put No Grass Today at #1 ☠ (im jk, it used to be my fav too) Anyway, time to cook (I'm involving all the deluxe songs in this too) 17. Call My Dad (Actually trash. Like, I'm sorry AJR, but what even is this song lol it sounds like it took 10 minutes to make) 16. Normal (Wow...yeah...this song really is NORMAL....and by normal, I mean completely uninspired, average, and super boring) 15. Role Models (I mean the message is true, but everything else is so forgettable. Literally, I forgot to rate this track because of how empty of a song it really is. That's why it's so low.) 14. 3:30 (The trumpet is super pitchy and the mix is just so bad, it's really hard to listen to without my ears getting blown out. Still fun, regardless.) 13. Pretender [Acoustic] (It's just...so...boring...I really like the message, but that's all I got) 12. Turning Out (I know people will hate this placement, but this song is OMEGA cheesy with the most predictable instrumentation my ears have ever heard in a preach-teen-love song) 11. Drama (A very lousy hook and the trap percussion is so strange around the out of proportion beat drops that AJR introduces) 10. Netflix Trip (The only good thing about this song is how easy it is in this generation to grasp the idea of connecting moments in your life to the simplicity of enjoying a show you like. That, and the chorus. Otherwise the production is--once again--predictable and the verses are so...out of touch with reality, I'd say.) 9. Bud Like You (I'ma be real. This song is nothing but fun. It's not necessarily great, but boy oh boy I be bouncing to it. If it had more depth, it'd be higher) 8. I'm Not Famous (Y'know, this song used to define AJR...until they got famous and this track started to lose its meaning....very fun to listen to otherwise.) 7.No Grass Today (Literally everything about this song is a red flag....good thing this song is only about green stuff...I honestly just love how wacky this track is, that's all) 6. The Good Part (Aside from the fact this song blew up on tiktok, it's a great anthem for people who don't know where they are in the world. The only issue I have is the excessive yelling. I can't not laugh when I'm supposed to feel emotional but all I hear is AHHHHHHHHHHH) 5. Come Hang Out (Man....being an adult sucks, and this song just reminds me of it every time I listen. Aged really well.) 4. Sober Up (Classic indie band-type song, honestly wish AJR made more like this even if it is a tad repetitive and predictable, it's still a nice vibe) 3 Weak (From one hit to the next, Weak is a party song that I think holds some of their best writing dealing with temptations and the struggle of overcoming them.) 2. Overture (They took what they hadn't fully grasped in Living Room and made a masterpiece. I don't really have much to say about this piece except it's a fine listen from start to finish.) 1. Burn The House Down (The perfect AJR song. Super consistent instrumentally, such a bop, great lyricism, and the trumpet part is the cherry on top. One of their best songs ever.)
