Neotheater Overture/Megamix || AJR Album Megamix

This is my Neotheater album Megamix that I made with Moonlight Mashups! I’m so happy to finally have this posted and out there since it was a huge project that we worked on for quite a while! I’m very proud of it and I hope everyone likes it as much as I do. Making a sort of Overture for Neotheater was something I wanted to do since the album came out and while I’m sure AJR would make one much better than what we have Im just so happy with how it turned out. Since I’m releasing this when I’m hitting 300 subs I’d like to thank all of my subscribers and also all the people who view my videos too, I work pretty hard on my mashups and really only started posting them cus a few friends said they sounded cool and should be posted, so thanks again to everyone who sees this for liking, viewing, and subscribing to my channel.

That final transition from Karma's breakdown moment to the Finale was brilliantly brutal. It captures a particular feeling of unease, like when you graduate from high school. You feel like you don't know nearly enough, but everyone around you pushes you forward into adulthood.

the dear winter part till the end actually gave me chills like i’ve never had before. i really hope ajr sees this. it gave me flashbacks and reminded me so much of when i went to the neotheater concert and the chills i got when i was there too. absolutely amazing

That was great! I believe this really brings out the story of the album. It has its ups and downs. You don't know how long I've waited for an GOOD Neotheater Overture. This is gonna blow up! Technically it wasn’t a neotheater overture, it was really a show overture, it didn’t include all the songs from neotheater but did include all the songs from the show, so I think of it as a more “One Spectacular Night Overture”

the fact that you put the end of Dear Winter over Finale is literally genius- these incredibly melancholic, even mournful lyrics about being afraid you'll never find someone to love and share the adventure of having children with is implicitly juxtaposed with the soaring orchestral tones of the literal final act of the album. glorious, absolutely glorious.
