I'm pretty much positive that yout job as a physician when a reportable disease is encountered is NOT to tell the partner but to report to health authorities & ADVICE the patient or encourage them to make a plan to tell their partner... Again, you do NOT have a DUTY to tell the partner. Look it up!

I find that even going slowly at 0.75X doesn't help; so it's isn't a speed thing but that ur efforts at speed distorts ur pronunciation n our auditory clarity. Do something about it, if possible.
