I had two ford cars in the past 1. Ford emdeavour 2.5 l 4x2 2011 2. Ford figo 1.4 tdci exi These two cars actually made me realize the importance of power , stability, fit finish and build quality (safety). Hats off to Ford for creating such masterpieces in india Love Ford and definitely will buy Ford in future when they will introduce cbu cars in india

Ford isko samjhleta toh joh gap American carmakers ki chode hain toh woh definitely us jagan le pata aur apne ki alag hi class hoti.Usiko in logo ne nakardiya na samay ke sath na upgrade karke and also same thing by ignoring the quality in their aftersales and instead in investing in the areas that i mentioned above they built another plant in sanand proving to be huge blow as the demand was quite much lesser than the capacity if we include the Chennai plant.Had Ford been serious in intial days along with two factors that after that they would've survived in this market for sure.

@@jaskiratsingh1957 well because for the rest of the world ford has given only basic cars and basic engines which will be reliable. Like in Europe they give ford puma, focus like such hatches and few compact suv's no doubt they have great handling, chassis and platform but engines are just basic like from ranging 1.5 L to 2L basic engines which will be reliable. Their ecoboost engines are considered worst but the V8 coyote engine available for mustang is considered the best. I was shocked to see the ecosport reliability in India and in USA. Ecosport is rated the worst car to ever own over there 🥴 Same goes for Hyundai who's very reliable in India because they have basic engines like 1.2, 1.5 NA diesel and petrol I think only Japanese brands have mastered the art of making engines from smaller to bigger displacement and complex powertrains like cars with huge displacement engines + awd/4wd systems+ hybrid powertrains . Honda made i4 to V6, V10 and V12 's and all of them are just perfect, they even make bikes best and boat engines and even have good history and place in racing. Toyota has a big list of engines and none of them can be questioned 😂

@@ZLone93256 the reason for japanese success is they dont force engine to give higher power output like 1.0L ecoboost puts out 200hp now and a 2.0L honda puts same power so its more reliable but making bigger engines cost much much higher and ecosport isnt a great for usa as people their prefer big cars they dont love small conjested suv like ecosport european ford engines are manufactured in germany and uk those factorys has very high level of quality control compared to mexico and us even the mexico made toyota's are considered unreliable than other toyota's for hyundai they have same low reliability in most of countries their recalls speaks enough hyundai diesels are good on reliability but petrols sucks even in india hyundai petrols isnt reliable

I own a 2012 model automatic endeavour, 4X2 , this car is not for everyone, even after being diesel it gives mileage of 5.5 to 6.3 at max in city .... 60L filled to achieve 330-370 kms only .. so think before purchasing this elephant, but the manuel version is gem .... Litreally given 12-14 kmpl to people
