Love the Gem color collection! I have to charge more for them being used on my clients, but they last SO MUCH longer on the hair than ordinary direct dyes and they are so easy to apply and are much healthier for the hair! I now stock all of the vivid colors and the natural ones and they even cover gray hair!! Which other direct dyes just grab the most vivid tones in the colors and look awful! They literally look like a permanent or demi permanent color. I also use the corresponding color conditioner as they really lock the colors in and give the hair an amazing shine and really polished look. ❤❤❤ Xxx

Take home price of these direct from the company is $35 each.... oof. I still love them for the pure ease of use. I actually tried Tourmaline today!
@jennthelen472111 ай бұрын
How did it turn out?? Tourmaline is technically black, no?
@Rockin71111 ай бұрын
@jennthelen4721 their Tourmaline is considered "strawberry blonde" but I find it's more of a super bright copper/orange on prelightened hair. I like it and my hair is really shiny!
@trista198211 ай бұрын
When the color doesn't come completely out when doing test like this, you should try and see what color oops does on the Left over color to see if it completely comes out that way. Im very curious about that with all the kinds and brands of color you try so we know if what's left after using color remover if color oops will work for the rest.

Love this! Can we get a video trying to remove semi permanent colors? Especially reds! I know you did one a couple years ago but I’d love to see what removers or methods you’d recommend!

If that caramel color is spelled Cognac, it's pronounced like CONE YAK. 😂😂 Thanks for buying all those pricey shampoos...$17.50 per is no joke...

I've been using these for years, I'm a natural strawberry blonde and ny hair gets photobleached from the sun. Tourmaline is my go to to punch my color back up- I also use these to think my human hair extensions because it's 10x easier than dying.

After dying my hair now I use only once in months this shampoo and not need even semi permanent color to refresh my vivid RED hairs. And also my hair condition gets much better after using this color wash. Can’t thank you enough for being here for all of us😊 and giving so my help and info!! Aislinn you are the best☺️

I've been looking for something to maintain color, rather than having to dye so often. Since I don't bleach and use semi-permanent colors they tend to wash out SO FAST.

i love the ruby red gemlites use it to refresh my hair when i do my roots every 6-8 weeks it lasts for such a long time too. I do find it dries out my hair a bit when i initially do it but its worth it to get that red!

Thanks for reviewing these! I was wondering if you would consider using the color removers a little bit differently when you do these swatch tests. Could you apply it on half of the swatch vertically instead of horizontally? That way we can see what it looks like from root to tip upon removal and it's directly next to the original color as well. Just a thought!

Thanks for keeping it real. I've never tried them thank God, but I absolutely hate them from what I've seen in this video. There's one good color, the natural brown one and it faded red af and the last one is meh, but it's just an extremely overpriced purple shampoo. Ughhhh, why??? I wanted them to be good.

Thank you for doing these they were surprising, but gorgeous.....sadly I can't use them as there is something in it that im allergic to as the 1 time I tried it i had a allergic reaction and had to go to the ER. But i have learned that they have a cheaper off brand thats called no fade fresh.......it doesn't have all the color options that celeb luxury has but it has the colors i use and it works great and 0 allergic reactions for me thankfully.....

@Chicklette1811 ай бұрын
@akaaislinn I work the color wheel to adjust my hair color. So to attain brown over my blue I would use an orange and then probably gloss it with a brown of sorts. I'm wondering how these would look being used like that and would love some opinions.

Hey Aislinn ❤ great video as always, can I ask some advice please 🙏.... I have had like a deep turquoise blue 💙 in my hair for 2 years, I really want to lighten the colour (I have used shwartzcopf colour remover when my roots come through so they go super yellow and it lightens a little on the ends) but I had it so much lighter years ago, but I had freshly bleached hair! I haven't bleached it since, I asked my hairdresser (she's quite old school and a little out of touch, and very abruptly said "no you can't bleach it again " do you have any advice so I can change up and brighten the colour without ruining my hair please? I have naturally curly hair shoulder length x
