I think you underestimated how involved the WB pirates would get in the raid on Onigashima. If White Beard had an inkling that a coalition was forming that had a legit chance of avenging Oden, he'd have taken it in a heartbeat. The only reason it would even still be a raid instead of just jumping Kaido and his goons in broad daylight is because it saves the effort of hunting them all down and keeps the civilians safe. Whitebeard would probably stage himself as some sort of patron saint of this new generation of pirates and encourage them to take the lead, and then probably be the one who takes hold of some alternative responsibility to momonuske pulling the island just so there's a reason he isn't personally in the fight against Kaido and Big Mom. In fact Kaido and Big Mom probably trigger this on purpose specifically so they can separate Whitebeard from his collection of rising star novices and take each down separately. This also creates the very very very dangerous to the world government scenario that all four Emperor's are on at least negotiable terms with each other. They'll have to act urgently to account for the fact that an alliance of the four emperors is entirely possible and potentially imminent since the only one who isn't in immediate contact with the other three is Shanks, who is currently trailing Greenbull to keep him from trying any funny business. As for the exact relationship between the Strawhats and Whitebeard Pirates, Luffy's Ace's sworn brother but he'd probably never accept being adopted formally by Whitebeard. So the Strawhats would probably be given a position similar to Whitebeard's extended roster of independent captain allies but in a sorta ++ kinda way to respect their specific potential and assistance to the family. Depending on if Law and Kidd want in on this new more extendable relationship to the Whitebeard grand fleet, this new alliance could end up being called the Fleet of Kings or the Grand Fleet of the Emperors of the Sea. Double and tripple that down if Shanks decides to approach the alliance to join forces for the common purpose of all going for the One Piece together and also thuper thecretly to resolve whatever threads he has open with the WG, because thoughts are definitely gonna be had when he decides it's time for him to share what he's been waiting to with Luffy. So yeah, The Fleet of Kings Alliance, White Beard probably saves wano by physically carrying Onigashima himself or something equally crazy, Ace gets to meet Tama and Yamato again, and also be like the proudest big bro ever when it turns out his best little buddy has a flipping sun-god in his system.

I love this version of the story because we get to see how strong ace would've been if he didn't get donuted. Ace, in his first year of pirating, awakened observation and armament, trained his conquerors, joined the whitebeard pirates, was invited to join the warlords. And he has gol d. roger's blood in him. He would easily be yonkou level if he didn't die, and would probably replace law as luffy's ally.

Luffy threw himself into both Impel Down and the Paramount War of Marineford to try and save Ace, but in the end, Ace ended up killed by Admiral Akainu. Even if Ace would end up being alive at the end. The timeskip still could have happend for other reasons. Luffy realizing that kuma who was there again was way to strong for them. Also him realizing that they were still to weak etc etc etc. I feel like because they were already separated you cant just say that the entire timeskip wouldn't have happend. I think what many people need to realize about Whitebeard is the main factor that held him back in Marineford was not his age, but his power. He couldn't use his devil fruit as near as strong as he otherwise could alone since there's countless of his men nearby and he doesn't want to risk injuring them. Every single fight even against people as strong as Akainu, he used very small percentages of his devil fruit's potency. This is why when Blackbeard get's the fruit it's potency seems "stronger" as he has no qualms nor as near as much control over the power. So I don't think him being stronger would really factor in as much as people think since he'd suppress himself regardless, more-so the factor that'd be relevant is him not ailing and being able to push past his wounds better. Nonetheless he'd probably survive and succeed with the war.

Something people are seeming to forget is that both Garp and Sengoku in their prime were around the same level of power as prime WB and Roger. And they were BOTH present at Marineford. Yeah, he still had the strongest man in the world title back then, but we also saw where he still wasn't able to beat Roger even after fighting for 3 days

Ace cant be an emperor. An emperor always needs to have their own land and their own crew. In this case, Ace does not have his own crew because he disbanded it to join whitebeard's.

6:18 even if ace and whitebeard survived marineford the main reason the straw hats trained for two years is because they got demolished by kuma in the Sabaody archipelago so they still would have trained so they won’t get destroyed again by someone stronger than them so the time skip still happens
