I still like the classic feel of the renaissance controller. You get allot of connections for midi outs headphones audio connections etc. Imagine what ever project you gotta manage with this thing.

Make sure you are using the correct outputs from the Akai and switching to the correct inputs on your mixer to monitor the mix. Can it be used with Ableton?

C Sanchez yes the software can be brought in as a VST in ableton and you can MIDI map the MPC Ren to ableton since its MIDI
