The only channel that designed my dream house, thank you, you are wonderful, but the m2 is very large, so how nice would be the next video if this house had a duplex, a larger hanging area at the entrance, a duplex plan for coats and shoes, please, I am looking forward to it.

This is an amazing design. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bath. The outdoor patio/bbq area sold me on this design. Plus the 2car garage. Absolutely stunning outdoor spaces. I had picked another design but this is the one for me. Enough space for entertaining but compact enough to enjoy a quiet evening at home alone.

Maybe i would change 1. Sunroom will change to mini outdoor garden- dining space have greenery view as well 2 grilling pouch attach with open car garage - easy to load grocery to kitchen 3.bedroom 1 and 2 will sharing 1 bath

Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living spaces which one is bigger and better?
