Wow. What a dream! This is a beautiful house. It's nice to see designs that are actually practical and useable - not a lot of wasted space.

Stunning. Things I like: 1- Setting off the dining area with walled corner effectively damping down the "open" plan look; as someone who comes from and appreciates traditional room divisions, particularly with a formal dining room; I would add another wall section to square it off 2 - Front and back porches 3 - Setting the garages back; there's nothing I detest more than house frontage being dominated by a garage superior to the house itself, and rendering the "main front entrance" meaningless Concerns: 1 - Perhaps it's the graphic nature of the "tour," and being unable to discern from the floor plan, but interior doors and corridors/passages appear too narrow and cramped; moving furniture in and out of rooms would be challenge; I would ensure that any interior room doors are 30", and door to garage is 32" 2 - The TV place high over the fireplace is just a big NO. Focuses too much attention to the TV, and the need to look up to watch television will result in severe neck strain. I'd forgo the fireplace just to drop the TV down to eye level

Nobody designs cool farmhouses like Akashi. Hands down. In an era where the so called modern homes keep on looking boring and tasteless, you guys are still designing proper homes. You are the best.

Love the master suite with a large porch, although I like a tub as well as a shower. I also have to agree with another comment I saw once about lack of closet consideration for women dresses. They don't fit in half length areas.

Beautiful. The minor mudroom closets are insufficient and I would furnish quite differently to complete the rustic feel, but I is a lovely floorplan.

I love the space and layout, has everything I would want but the decor is a little dark for me, would have to change that. I would love to know if you ever actually see your designs built or are they all just fantasy, do you sell the blueprints for others to build their dream homes.

Very beautiful. But I prefer closed rooms with doors.. When I cook fishmeal or with garlic, here I could get the stinky air in living room.. 😅

Only thing I would change is at least one closet would have space for dresses and long coats. Otherwise perfect. ❤

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, but is there away to add a separate mudroom connected to the garage and a small sewing craft room and a mancave/den? it would be 3 more rooms. I love the fact that all 3 bedroom have their own bathroom, and that there is a partial bathroom as well, I also love the big pantry. but I think I would put floor to ceiling bookcases one on each side of the lovely fireplace, and put a partial wall separating the living room from the kitchen and dining room. I would love it if you took this same home and made another plan with those changes that I mentioned. you are extremely talented.😊😊❤❤👍👍

Almost but no cigar. I like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. But kitchen and laundry are too small for the size of the house. Efficient use of space. Keep trying, you do have one house plan that I do love that’s under 2000 sq ft.
