I've compiled some test footage to compare a variety of the 4k camera settings including quality of H.264 vs H.265 and the effect of the distortion calibration setting (seems to have no effect in 4k resolution). I also do some image stabilization tests with everything off, gyro only, EIS only, and EIS + gryo. In addition I've got clips with examples of various lens artifacts including sun stars, flare, and chromatic aberration. Overall, I'm really happy with the 4k video quality and the image stabilization on this inexpensive little camera.
The only 4k feature I didn't test in this video is time lapse and I'm going to do a separate video on that when I get a chance to play with it.
I also included a comparison between the V50X audio vs my Pixel 2 phone audio (spoiler - V50X has terrible, unusable audio). I knew going in the audio on this camera wasn't likely to be very high quality (but I'm tempted to get the external microphone they offer and do some testing with that, just for fun).
