Wonderful tutorial, very easy to follow! needed these patches for some pants, it also translates well into bigger hooks/yarn. Kudos to you.

Hi, a friend of mine has Instagram and will send you a picture... 5 clouds as keychains... they are mine.

But how are you supposed to sew the cloud on?? And can I use regular size yarn or does it have to be the tiny thread

Im a bit confused by this pattern. One row says we should have 16, and then it says to not chain one and go across, and we should have 15? And then again you say that we should have 15, skip the last stitch (making 14) and then when we go back across, we should have 13? Are we skipping stitches in both ends? It's difficult for me to understand, but I really like the pattern. Thanks!
@basicstitchcolorado Жыл бұрын
Could you timestamp which part you need clarifying? I'd be happy to help :)
@its_syck Жыл бұрын
The first time it happens is at 6:19. I noticed the same every time you say to turn without chaining, so I might be missing something. Do we skip that first stitch after turning without chaining?
@basicstitchcolorado Жыл бұрын
@@its_syck Chaining at the start of a row keeps your count the same but when you turn without chaining, you naturally lose a stitch at the beginning of the row. So anytime I say, turn without chaining, you should lose a stitch. If its a bit confusing, whenever I say turn without chaining, you could just ch1 and then do a decrease at the start of the row. Its the same thing, I just don't like the way decreases look with thread, personally :)

Thanks so much! I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong and it's a bit hard to see in the video. I just made a patch with this pattern and it looks so good!@@basicstitchcolorado
